Panama “Zapatillas” Islands

Both of these islands located within the Isla Bastimentos National Marine National Park, in Bocas del Toro, Panama. Offering their 14 hectares in the northern island, and 24 hectares in the southern island, a white sand and coconut tree paradise where four turtle species lay their eggs during the rainy season. The waters surrounding these islands are not too deep and allow adventuring into the coral reefs. Though sharks live toward the open sea, it is perfectly safe to swim toward the inner side of the islands.
